Welcome to 2012, Let's Make it a GREAT Year!

2011 was a pretty amazing year, I became a MOTHER! WOW! This New Year I'm not making any resolutions, I don't like setting myself up for failure and disappointment. Instead I am just going to live, love, and laugh my way through 2012. I plan on really focusing on HEALTH this year, I do want to loose this baby weight, but I want to approach it lightly and have fun getting back to ME! It's going to be a GREAT year!


  1. I love the attitude about getting fit and being healthy it's such a positive outlook to take when getting back into shape. Making it fun is half the battle! One thing i like to do when starting to get back into shape is set a minimum target of days i get active. Ideally, we want to do it every day but that can get hard and daunting so instead i set a minimum # of days i want to do something per week. I start small with aiming for 2-3 days and slowly work my way up! Good Luck & Keep up the Motivation!
